Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Nevixs Technology ("we", "us") for the NEVIXS business-management service ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you may bind that company.
1. The Service
NEVIXS helps Indian businesses manage sales, purchasing, inventory, production, expenses, payroll records and reports. We may improve, change or remove features. While the Service is in pilot or early release, some features may be incomplete, and we will tell you where we know of a limitation.
2. Your account
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your password and any authenticator device safe. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
- The business owner decides who in the business has access and with what role. We act on the owner's instructions about team access.
3. Your data
You own the business data you put into the Service, such as customers, suppliers, products, invoices, stock and employee records. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to run the Service for you, to keep it secure, and to meet legal obligations. You are responsible for having the right to enter other people's information, including your employees' and customers', and for using it lawfully. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Tax, accounting and legal compliance
The Service produces records and working summaries, including GST summaries, ledgers, payroll figures and reports. They are tools to help you, not tax, accounting, payroll or legal advice, and not a return or filing. You are responsible for checking the figures, deciding what to claim or report, and meeting your own tax, labour and other legal duties. We recommend your accountant reviews anything you file. Features such as GSTIN checks confirm format only; they do not confirm registration with the GST portal.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. For example, you must not try to access another business's data, probe or test the security of the Service without our written permission, interfere with its operation, upload malicious code, send unlawful content, or use it to break the law. We may suspend access that puts the Service or other customers at risk.
6. Fees
Some plans may be free for a period or on agreed terms. If we charge for the Service, we will tell you the price and billing period before you are charged, and you may stop using the Service before the charge applies. Prices exclude GST unless stated. Online payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
7. Availability and backups
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, and we take regular backups, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your own copies of records you need to keep by law; you can export many lists as CSV from the Service.
8. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, do not pay agreed fees, or if we stop offering the Service, and where reasonable we will give notice and a chance to export your data first. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as liability and governing law) continue after the agreement ends.
9. Our responsibility
The Service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business or tax penalties arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for it in the three months before the claim arose, or ₹10,000 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the Service or by email before it applies. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it. The version you accepted is recorded when you sign up.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under law to bring a claim elsewhere.
